The objective is to undertake layout development (which has been abandoned by the developer) with the goal of bringing market value to everyone’s site. This can only be achieved through financial contributions from each and every member. We request every owner to support this development initiative for their own benefit and for the MyCiti community at large by doing the following: 🙏

We are taking up the development and maintenance of our layout including getting BESCOM (electricity) connection. Click here for the activities done till date and the new initiatives planned.
In this respect, we are requesting all our owners to pay per site:
Rs. 2000 as a one-time registration fee to the association, and,
Rs.5000 towards maintenance and development works for the year 2025
If you have not paid either of these amounts, please do so at the earliest to the Association Bank Account.
All payments will be made to the association bank account only. Every site owner will need to make payments from time to time as development progresses. Moving forward, every site owner’s balance sheet will be maintained to record payments made.

Dear Members
Greetings to all owners of MyCiti Layout. 🌼🙏
The following message is sent on behalf of the Association Committee.

With all members support, the MyCiti Association is striving to spend judiciously on LAYOUT DEVELOPMENT
1. Current value is very poor- may not have increased much from the time we all purchased many years ago. That is the reality.
2. Therefore the Association Committee is working towards increasing the property value.
3. WE REQUEST ATLEAST FULL FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM ALL MEMBERS as many are not in Bengaluru to Physically participate
4. Layout development expense calculation may come to Rs 100/- per sft. as per current estimates.
5. Each site owner will benefit by moving the property value closer to index price 2400/- (or even higher 3200/- ??? as other people have mentioned)

It is noteworthy that this handful of committee members are professionals in their own right running businesses, employed holding key positions or retired and working towards a common cause. Their experience and efforts should not be taken lightly.
