Summary of Emergency Google Meet for Phase 21. This emergency meeting was called for all Phase 2 members to ensure everyone takes advantage of the ongoing eKhatha Abhiyan by GoK. 2. It was very clearly mentioned that eKhatha would be a very important document for any transactions in the future and all owners should attempt to get it for their respective site. There is some news that the eKhatha Abhiyan may stop on 10th May 2025 and hence the urgency.3. While some members have already applied, others are in the process of doing so. Some members are applying on their own and others are using facilitators identified by the Association although the fees vary.4. Some debate also happened about whether Property Tax 2025-26 has to be paid in double or not. There is some inconsistency in the procedure. Probably more clarity will be obtained as more people apply for the same.5. A very clear procedure for getting EC as on date was discussed and post meeting this was posted on the WhatsApp group.6. Documents required for applying for Khatha was also discussed - Copy of sale deed, PAN card, owner's photo, Site photo, up to date EC, Tax paid receipt for 2025-26.7. The MyCiti Owners Association was formed in 2012. Owners and prior committee members came together at the MyCiti Layout in November 2024 and elected 7 core committee members, and 10 extended committee members to continue development of our layout, find and enroll owners to the Association.
