The money collected through Facelift and Elevate programs has been spent effectively for the following activities: 

1. Supervisor hired and salary paid every month. 

   • Outcome: Placement of a supervisor has helped the layout enormously in terms of safety, timely intervention to problems, connectivity to new members etc

2. ⁠Entire Layout Cleaning and painting done 

   • Outcome This was a huge effort of cleaning using JCB, large labour force (photos were uploaded and many members appreciated). 

3. A major intervention was done by the Association by preventing BBMP from installing a garbage segregation treatment plant in MyCiti layout. A stay order was brought in and it has caused expenditure.

4. Compound wall was constructed / repaired time to time. 

5. ⁠Identified abandoned Borewells,  rejuvenated. 

6. Suitable pump sets installed for borewells and now it is functioning. 

7. Solar power connection given to borewell pumps

8. Plumbing lines drawn to plantation area, mango trees planted

9. Gate repaired
